Can anyone explain why "NETQUOTEDEL:GENERALPHASE" has suddenly become visible online next to Payment Method on Checkout page 3? How do I remove it?

Because of some recent amendments you have made to that part of your store i expect, revert the layout back to factory settings in the design library or use the compare layout facility to see if there is anything different.

Thanks - reverted to factory settings and it is fine now. I still don't know what caused it though as I hadn't fiddled with anything in the layouts today or yesterday.
