    "Credit Card PAYMENT SENT SEPERATELY"

    Hello
    CAn somebody please help me.

    I have a Actinic Ecommerce Catalog Version 7. I hava changed my PC last week and uploaded all the Actinic files and components to my new pc and i can receive all the orders, but I can not receive the payment, it says "Credit card detaisl sendt seperately"
    Is there a waty to fix this.

    Change the methods of payment, add the ones you use, under business settings

      Thank you for your reply Darren.

      I have done that and uploaded the site again. I have ordered from my own web site using a Credit card and same thing happens.

      When i download orders 2 pop up boxes appeare

      1st one
      "An attempt was made to access an order past its end"

      2nd pop up
      "The heavily encrypted data from the order blob appears to be corupt. However the majority of th eorder wat retreived. Call your customer for cc details"

      Any ideas?

        This is because the encryption key is wrong. If you just copied across the site files to the new pc then the encryption key is not taken with it. You need a snapshot for this. You will have to refresh the site from your new pc to get the new encryption key online. From then on the credit card details will be received correctly.
