HSBC Server Down Again?!

Hi Everyone

Anyone else found that HSBC epayments is down again?

This is the 2nd time in two weeks.

Has anyone moved from HSBC to anyone else since it went down last?

Would be interested in who you moved to and how you are finding them!

Cant stay with HSBC if we are going to have these problems.

HSBC went down yesterday afternoon at around 4pm. It stuttered into life, briefly, but collapsed again about an hour later.

I moved to Protx in January after the first big outage. Apart from the "invalid signature response" issue (see elsewhere on here) which I haven't been able to resolve, all has been fine.

I retain HSBC as I end up paying them anyway even though Protx does the processing. But I only put HSBC on the site as a payment option when I know it is working well.

As the last back stop, we have World Pay, but it's really rare we end up using them. It doesn't cost us anything if we don't.

A 30 second search of the forum would have found you the resounding answer. The more threads you get started on the same subject, the less chance that useful information is cascaded to the people affected.
