Payment received - not in 'Pending'

Hi Guys/Gals,

Very familiar with the problem of the order landing in 'Pending' but having been paid for - no probs sorting that.

But this time we failed to check the pending orders in time and the order related to the payment has disappeared.

Will there be a record of the order in the database and which table would it be in.

Obviously the last resort is to approach the customer and see how good their memory is...

You can set the delete timescales in the Payment & Security tab.

OK that's sorted, longer period now done - but is there a way I can back track in the database to find the product details of his order?

Did you take a backup or snapshot between downloading the order and it being deleted that you can restore to find out what the customer ordered?

I'm afraid not -we're not actually sure when the deletion happened. Never mind we'll just contact the customer.
