Worldpay 'secret key'

Firstly an apology. I appreciate that this is really dumb question, but I can't find any pertinent information on the Worldpay site or on Actinic. PSP and ecommerce is new to me so some of the terminology doesn't register too well in my tiny mind!

OK, so the question - where can I find my 'secret key' for my Worldpay account?
The girl at Worlpay could barely understand a word I said, never mind understand what I meant by 'secret key'.......

Worldpay provide this to you 100% guaranteed. I'd get back on the phone to them if you haven't got it and make you sure you mention that you are using actinic.

it will have been sent to you in one of the emails you will have received during the signup to activation procedure

yep mine was tooked away in the middle of an email

do a search for

Actinic Merchant Id

in your email accounts
