    Secure Hosting / UPG PSP Pending

    Hi,

    I am unfamiliar with UPG and having followed thier instructions to integrate them with actinic for payment processing, all the orders just download into the PSP pending.

    I have contacted secure hosting support and they just sent me back to recheck the actinic settings, which i've done.

    I've searched the forum but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas please, any help appreciated.

    the place to check is your bank as secure hosting is only really a middle man eh if you are using barclays then they will issue the call back to say the payment is cleared to actinic and so move the payment to pending. Who is your merchant account with and someone on here may be using the same and can advise better.

      thanks for the quick response.

      The bank is Barclays EPDQ, so we have to use Secure hosting and unfortunately my client chose UPG as the interface between secure hosting and EPDQ. Anyone else use this setup?

      For my own website I use PROTX which is easy by comparison.

        Somehow this line

        <body onload="<actinic:variable value="PreloadImages" name="OnLoadScript" />">

        had gone missing from the PSPbounce page.

        I had to add it after the </head>

        All working now.

          I think you may have got confused on the service you are using. If using SecureHosting you either have to use the ePDQ payment gateway or SecureHosting's own payment gateway which is referred to as UPG. It is impossible to use both for the same merchant number! The ePDQ gateway is being phased out but the UPG one is a core SH service. I am not sure why you would have particular problems integrating with SH as the Actinic/SH integration is a standard one available in the PSP options within Actinic.
