    Protx prompting Snakeoil.dom expired ssl

We have just moved to Protx as our PSP and since integration many customers are reporting they get odd pop ups stating that the SSL is expired, not to trust this site or a re-direct (that ends back at our site) to snakeoil.dom.

This happens at the re-direct point from Actinic to Protx server and back to Actinic receipt page.

Customers also report that this does not happen when they shop elsewhere through Protx sites.

Protx are being unhelpful saying that its a problem at the browser end but due to our customers comments and the fact I can find no issues in any forums this seems unlikely.

Any help or experience of this matter would be a great help as we're loosing customers because they no longer trust our site security.

this is because you have actinic uploaded without an SSL cert on your site, but i suspect on the payment andsecurity tab you have SSL ticked

    untick SSL and reupload

We moved from Webfusion where we had an SSL but now with Pinbrook without (hence Protx).

I've checked the network settings and payment and security tab and no SSL is ticked.

I had hoped it would be that easy but sadly not! Any other ideas?

      Cheers
