I just had an email from SECPay, telling me that as an update of their anti-fraud procedures I need to set up something called Mandatory Digest Checking on my site and then ask them to do it on their end. I can't find anywhere in Actinic's not-very-useful help document anything about how to do this. I'm running Multisite 8.5.

How do I change SECPay settings in Actinic?

Don't do it!
Actinic doesn't pass the hash digest to Secpay and all your customers will get is a message saying 'Possible Fraud attempt'.

No. It can't be done.
My impression on this is that secpay view this as an actinic problem and Actinic aren't interested in fixing it because they'd rather you moved to Actinic Payments anyway.

There shouldn't be any problems with secpay/paypoint anymore. The last I heard was back in July when Secpay issued an updated payment file to fix this problem. I haven't tested this yet which is why I'm not attaching the script itself. Best to get it from Actinic / secpay themselves.
This is the email I got from Secpay.
Hello there,
We are in the process of trying to make this available through Actinic themselves, however until then you can do the following to implement the Mandatory Digest Checking feature:
Please find the attached modified SecPay payment module for Actinic with digest checking enabled.
Follow these step by step instructions to set it up in your shopping cart.
1. Back up your shopping cart before you proceed.
2. Make a folder called secpay on your C: drive.
3. Save the attachment OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl into C:\secpay\
4. Open the file OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl into a text editor, change
the value for $sRemote_Password from "secpay" into your own remote
password (The remote password should have been set up in SecNet).
5. Search your C: drive for all files named as
"OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl" and rename them into
"OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl.orig"
6. Copy C:\secpay\OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl into the folders which
contained "OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl"
7. Re-publish your website
8. Test your website, now you should find "digest=value_of_the_digest"
in the transaction details in SecNet, where the value_of_the_digest is a
hex-decimal valued string.
9. Reply to this email and ask for us to add "req_digest=true" to your account.-----------------------------------------
