Integrating Protx gift aid flag issue?

Am integrating Protx with my actnic cart.

Have changed the files and the urls as discribed elsewhere on this forum. However there is now a problem with Protx as follows.

Actinic tries to forward to Protx but comesback with the error message

3018 The GiftAid flag is invalid. If a value is supplied, should contain either 0 or 1. The value was 0ApplyAVSCV2=0.

I have found this text in the OCCPROTXScripttemplate.pl file but am not sure how to alter the code to stop this problem from occuring.

Could someone please help me?

Hi Chrissie,

I've never seen this error before and can't find any reports of it anywhere. Have you set up something in Protx for the Gift Aid? If so, maybe try turning it off to see if it works.

Just in case your Protx Script is corrupt in some way can you copy the original one from 'c:\program files\actinic v?\OCCUpgrade\CommonOCC' back into your 'site folder\CommonOCC' file (don't forget to re-apply your encryption key) and refresh your site to see if that helps.
