what PSP or payment method

Hi
I would like some advice on what PSP to use. At the moment i just download the orders with the card details on and put them through on our PDQ machine. We also get a lot of fraud cards. I was thinking that if we have a payment method like protex.... ect. It will stop some of them.

Can anyone help
