admin page slow

Hi, just started using actinic payments, is it me or is the admin page very slow.
It takes about 2 mins to load up with all details, and if viewing a transactions it takes some time.

have been using protx in the past and it worked in seconds.

We've had Creditcall monitor things but they do not see any problems. Is it still slow for you?

I agree. I find the AP admin pages excrutiatingly slow most times.
Especially worse when generating a 'bank submissions' report. It takes so long that sometimes the browser times out before it's done (and I have a gripe about not being able to generate a downloadable report for these Bank Submissions too )

I do find the admin very slow generally though.

hi, yes it is still slow, takes about 1 minute to get through to payment page.
If we do a telephone order and use off-line order in actinic with actinic payments, once you click on confirm to go through to the payment page it hangs, the actinic logo at the very top of the payment page loads up but the rest of the page takes another minute.
logging into reports is slow as well, once you click on a report it takes again at least a minuite.
Luckily we only use actinic payments as a back up , stroke trial, we are still with protx as it is much quicker.

This has been put back to Creditcall and escalated. I'll keep you updated.

We have been looking at this issue seriously with Creditcall and are making some changes that should hopefully bring about some improvement.
