I'm contemplating using PayPal and getting nowhere understanding it. For the standard service it quotes rates for UK and Europe only. Does that mean the rest of the world is excluded?

Unless it's changed which I doubt, with a standard business Paypal account you can accept Paypal account payments as well as most credit cards (some are excluded). I think there are limitations on the source country of the payer but only from 'uncommon' countries.

I think I have misunderstood, as usual. The "cross-border transaction fees" page at "paypal.co.uk" carries a heading which ends in " - Europe".
I think it must mean if the UK is in Europe. Whew. Thanks.Comment
