    Actinic Payments Email Problem

    Hi

    Just setup Actinic payments but for some reason customers no longer get an email confirmation (which was working fine before)

    Can anyone give me any tips/help on this ?

    Is it an email confirmation of the ORDER that customers aren't getting or a confirmation of the PAYMENT?

    Actinic Payments doesn't generate an email so customers will only receive their Actinic generated order email, nothing from AP.

      Thanks for the quick reply.

      The customer order confirmation from actinic seems to have stopped since we setup actinic payments.

      When I revert the site back to the old style of collection of card data they work fine

      Thanks for the tip on Actinic Payments not sending a payment confirmation as I though it would like other services do.

      Also do you or does anyone know how long the money takes to get to our natwest streamline account.

      I cant find much information or instructions on this service on the actinic site ??

        The bank settlements are usually done 9.15am-ish.
