    "Invalid seller identification" (AP)

I've been trying to test the whole AP MOTO thing in V9 which is obviously alien to me.
Unlike the problem I'd been hving with an upgraded order, a V9 order seems to allow me to 'pay' correctly as far as it shows 'use same card' for a V9 order but it doesn't, however, transfer me to the AP virtual terminal to input details for a different card, if I select it.
It takes me to a screen that says

    "Invalid seller identification"

I've checked the MOTO merchant ID (which I know is different to the ecommerce one) and the other 2 numbers (which are the same) and they are fine so what did I get wrong?

I can't think of a setting anywhere else!

[edit] I should add, nothing is or has been in test mode..everything is and has been live for ages.

Do you mean the Transaction and Hash Keys? If so mine are definitely different.

      I do, Nicola, yes

However, from my original email containing the keys

You use the same trans code and Hash key for MOTO as your internet.
Perhaps I should query this with Actinic then?

I have a print out of mine in front of me and they're definitely quite different - check your account config in the admin panel

As Darren said, maybe it changed down the line somewhere!

                      oh...and it still doesn't work...
                      why?
because for the MOTO Hash Key...the info box just says 'na'!
It has a diff number for the transaction key, which is a start, but looks like I still need to call for my correct Hash Key
