If we are in to guessing, I'm going for Friday 27th August 2010 with the first stable release being v10.0.3 released on 15th January 2011 (Friday 4pm).

On average Actinic seem to release a new version every 2 years, I couldn't find exact dates but previous releases seem to have been:
V4 4th Aug '00
V5 12th Nov '01
V6 Oct-Nov '02
V7 Early Jun '04
V8 8th Aug '06
V9 13th Mar '08

Or on more safer terms, whenever a stable version of 9.X comes out, they'll release an unstable v10. Happened the last 2 versions, so why not?
