Hi.

Where I can edit the fields which appear on the Actinic Payments page?

1. On transfer to Actinic Payments page, the single 'Name' field from the invoice/delivery address in the checkout is split into two ('First name' and 'Last name').
Eg, if a customer entered Name: Mr John Smith in the checkout, Actinic Payments displays:
First name: Mr
Last Name: John Smith

How can I get it to display "Name: Mr John Smith"

2. Where is the company name field? We do a lot of B2B and the company name is an important part of the delivery or invoice address, but does not appear on the Actinic Payments page at all. How can I display it?

We're using v9 Business Plus Multi-User + Actinic Payments.

There is quite a lot of info on Actinic Payments on this forum, just do a search on Actinic Payments for details on the css file you can alter. As far as I am aware editing the fields is not possible at the moment.

Is this possibly linked to V9 where you can specify to split these fields or not?

Thanks, I have looked at editing the CSS but it is the actual fields I would like to change.

What the customer enters in the checkout does not match what appears on the payments page. One field for customer name in Ecommerce turns into 3 fields in AP, and, effectively there is an address line missing.

I think this inconsistency looks unprofessional and may be offputting to some customers, particularly B2B where the company name is important.

Regards the name in v9, yes you can specify whether to split the name fields or not, but we have chosen not to split them as we then import the orders into Sage. I'll look at that.

I guess I will have to work around it meantime by using the CSS to not display the invoice/delivery address, but please can this go on the wishlist: the ability to select which invoice/delivery fields go on the Actinic Payments page. I'm sure I can't be alone in this...?
