Has anyone got the same problems, we have serveral sites that are using shared ssl from 4sure (technoweb)
Everything fine until we submit the credit card details in the Shared area, this gives us a (400 bad request) any ideas?

you need to contact 4sure (nuco) and ask them to resolve the issue and then start researching which PSP you are goign to use in the future

        First thing we did

First thing we did was to contact the SSL provider, we have 9 sites with them, all down as of Friday, they say it's only our sites erroring, what a crock!! The sites are all on different Actinic versions, different host companies, to prove it we set up an account with Internetters on one of the sites and "Voila" all works. Be aware if chosing this PSP (4surehosting) they have now been bought by Host-IT (who we use and have always been excellent)

Shared SSL is NOT a PSP. They are 2 entirely different methods od processing payment.

Nowadays you need to comply with PCI. By using a PSP it is easy to comply, shared SSL on its own does not comply.
