Netbanx Users - customised payment pages

Just a quick Q for Netbanx users.
Have you customised your payment pages?
Netbanx have told my client that most people do and, while I'm happy to do it, he has said that, if the standard payment pages are usable, he'd rather leave them standard (saves time for me and money for him!)

Just wondered what other users do/have done
    Thanks

Thanks for replying. I had forgotten I'd even posted this!
I did customise the pages in the end but only colours scheme to tie it in with the main site and banner/header area.
Thanks for sharing your experience with it. It's all useful information

Customer A: Worried about putting their card details into a page (PSP's) that looks like your site, which they are already having slight doubts about the security of (let's face it, unless I'm handing my money over to a massive corporate company I always have doubts about how genuine the website/company is.

Customer B: Thinks "Why is this company putting the bank's logo on their site to make it look like I'm giving my details to the bank (PSP) and not the company" - more doubt for the consumer

I doubt the PSP's haven't spent a lot of time/money on optimising (LOL) their pages to get 'the right look'

I know. Damned if you do, damned if you don't!
Netbanx's (!) standard templates were horrendous, colour-wise, which is the only real reason I changed them (a hideous combination of blues and yellow!) but there is a fine line between the customers who expect to pay a 'bank' and those who presume they're paying YOU.
          Can't please 'em all!
