    PayOffline Integration Fails

    Hi everyone,

i've tried to implement PayOffline in V9.03, followed an integration guide, but when i try to pay via PayOffline, I am taken to their website and I receive an error:

Error validating your form. Please contact your merchant.

Invoice generation failed (OCC_Validate). Please contact your merchant.

How do you think is it actinic or Payoffline that need fixing?

when I try raising order over PayOffline's website, everything works, so I think that some info is not being transfered from actinic to payoffline is the problem...

Also i remembered changing order # (reduced the amount of digits and prefix) could this be my problem integrating PayOffline?

you cant run it in test mode, unless you have been given a different hash key

Yes you are right, in order to run it in test mode, you must get a different hash key, which i could see when logged in on their test server. But the error appears in both, test and production modes, so I assume the problem is in actinic...

Any actinic developers could look into this problem as I was told by Offline, that this issue is on actinic's side...

You need to contact Actinic directly, do not hope it gets picked up here. Have you done a purge and refresh? sounds more liek a corrupted script to me

what do you change to integrate Pay Offline? Is there a script change or is it just a 'configure method' change?
Just wondering if maybe there's a script mod that either isn't updating or is overwriting (like Protx)
Or perhaps, as Darren suggests, Actinic just isn't picking up the configuration and needs to be forced via a refresh, to upload the generated script.

                Thanks for your replies,

I have raised a support ticket at actinic, hopefully this will get sorted with their help.

And yes I have taken steps such as purge/refresh the site, but the problem still persists.

PayOffline configuration is very simple, as you only need to enter the Merchant Key in Business Settings and no script mods are required...

                Regards,
                Rytis
