Paypal Credit Card Form Doesn't Work

    Hello,

I'm having severe problems with Paypal Standard and Catalog V9.

When a customer completes an order and pay using a Paypal account everything works properly, but if they try to use the credit card form they get rejected. This has happened with every customer who has tried to pay by credit card and seeing as most of our orders come to over £1000, I'm stuck unable to take money.

I've tried to get in touch with Paypal but it appears that they are completely useless and don't bother to employ humans.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Because I've got some large orders coming through and I can't take any money.

    Cheers,

    Jon

By the way, I'll have Cardnet/Protx within a couple of weeks but I'm stuffed until then.

Just tested your site and all looks to be working ok - I suspect that its the large value sales you are trying to make that are flagging up a problem at paypal.

Also your business name does not match your paypal account name - will not be a problem its just that it looks odd to shoppers

Thanks for taking a look, I'll just have to hope Cardnet hurries up.

Regarding the business names, the plan is to set up a few businesses to one account, but in hindsight I shouldn't have done that.

      Cheers,

      Jon

I assume you have done a live test and smaller values go through ok. If not then make a purchase using your own card (setup a £1 test product) and check all is ok.
