Dropouts

I have read about payment dropouts using protx and ap and presumeably others?? How much of a problem is this? I will be selling between 500 and 1500 items a month so really do not want this to be a problem with anything like a significant percent expieriencing problems.

The drop outs are not necessarily related to the payment gateway at all.

You need to see it the same way as you would a customer walking into a bricks and mortar shop, browsing, picking up a few items, but not buying anything.

Some people quote a 2% conversion rate for e-commerce as what you should be aiming for. We see a lot higher than that and I guess so do a lot of other Actinic shops.
