    Some help with PROTX set-up please

    Hi,

    I have just gone live with our new PROTX account on Actinic V9. All test are fine and dummy payments all worked fine. However seem to have a couple of problems that I can't work out how to fix

    1) I can't delete the old 'Credit Card' payment option in Business Settings under Payment and Security so that people can only pay through PROTX and remove the area to fill in card details under the actinic checkout pages. At the moment it looks like you need to fill in your card details and then the next page takes you to the PROTX site where you have to fill in the details all over again.

    2) I have set up both my PROTX and PayPal accounts to accept PayPal -however PayPal is not showing up as an option on the PROTX payment option page.

    Has anyone got any thoughts or can help in anyway please?

    OK to remove an item from the list, maksure protx is the top option or untick the show online box.

    next the paypal though protx is provided by protx, you dont have to set it up in Actinic, however i have always accepted paypal directly not with protx and this method has to be setup in actinic.

    if you have it setup this way then you need to refresh your website, and clear your browser cookies, they just might not be showing
