    Verification code

    I have been using actinic payments now for some months and find that I get a number of orders each day where the customer has made repeated attempts to get through payment.
    If I manage to talk to the customer, in most cases they are failing to understand the verification code entry.
    Most people understand these numbers as their "security code". The term "card verification value" seems to be particularly confusing to them. Some even try entering their card limit amount.

    The help link could be a lot clearer in that;

    1. It needs to be much closer to the entry box.
    2. It fails to explain that if the card has 7 digits on the back, only the last 3 are required.

    Is it possible to get this improved?

      That would be the fellow.

      Is this page generated by actinic or creditcall?

        The AP Payment page already shows this but it's really not very clear

          On Amex it's the last 4 digits and they're on the front.
          But I agree, the AP payment page isn't as clear as it could be.
