Actinic Payments (3rd Man fraud check status)

Does anyone know what a fraud check status of "Held" means?

(The only results I can find documented are "Pending", "Released" and "Rejected".)

This is an interesting one though. We get very little support from Actinic on this forum but there appears to be another one where employees answer?

Thanks Chris. I had a more detailed look afterwards and guessed as much. It was just the first result in a google search for '3rd man held' so I saw the reply and was surprised to see a site with this in the heading:

Customer Support Community for Actinic
Supported by 26 customers like you, as well as the Actinic team.

Maybe if it had said 'beta software support' then it would be less surprising.
