    SagePay error

    We've had to re-install Actinic and it looks as though the re-install has changed the Payment Provider from Protx to SagePay in business settings but in Common OCC it's still Protx, so on attempted checkout the following error is found;

    Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 45) line 111. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 45) line 133. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 45) line 143. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 45) line 145.

    Any ideas guys?

    You need to go into the ActinicCatalog.mdb. If you know your way around Access, (back it up first), you can change the mentions of SagePay in the OCCProvider table back to Protx.

      Thanks but I'm not really comfortable with things like that

        Well that's the only solution I can think of. If you back up the mdb file and save it somewhere safe, like on the desktop, you have nothing to lose by playing around with a copy.

        The alternative is to ship a zipped mdb to Support, providing you have Cover of course.

          was your snapshot earlier version to the reinstalled actinic?

          if so match snapshot to actinic and upgrade if necessary?
