Actinic Payments/Credit Call System Failure

Has anyone noticed that Actinic Payments failed last night just after 5pm.

All our customers were inputting their card details and submitting them but then getting a screen saying

“An unexpected error has occurred Please contact the merchant to see if payment has been taken”

One thing that is strange is that when I checked the Actinic Payments systems status page it was reporting everything was running ok!!

I called Actinic and Creditcall this morning and no one really seems to know what is going on.

Can anyone explain

Yes. I have got this message as well. Not one order since 18:00 yesterday. Customers are also emailing me about it, same error message i think.

And yes the AP login says status is fine.
