Https on checkout pages and PSP

    Hi,
We use Securehosing for our PSP, this is secured by https, unfortunately during the stage where customers sign up on the store these pages are http, we have a SSL certificate for the domain but can't seem to fathom how to implement SSL on these pages, the only option I can see is capturing CC details on the site that turns SSL on ( we are not mad enough to do this!!)

Customers are dropping carts when they see that the site lacks security....not good.

    Can anyone help please?

      Thanks but gray!!

      Hi,
Thanks for the help, unfortunatly the SSL area is grayed out, does this feature need to be activated elsewhere?

      Cheers

Top left of the "Payment and Security tab", tick "Use SSL", then tick "Checkout pages and login only".

Maybe you're looking at the Shared SSL part?

This is not the same as my version!

          Hi,

We are using Multiuser 7.5, the option for SSL is bottom left, and is grayed out, the payments tab was accessed from 'business settings' menu, then payment tab.

Is there another 'Tab' for these settings?

          Thanks
          Tony

see attached image - this is my payment and security tab - for me to activate using this I'd tick the box beside bottom left - SSL On - then configure SSL settings button.

If you dont have this maybe you could provide a screen dump too

              Thanks again!!

The very same, but the actual, 'on' tick box is unavailable....

              Cheers

So the SSL 'On' checkbox is also grayed out?
