The same thing applies to all other payment methods. If a customer pays with a credit card and then says they didn't receive the goods you'll either have to send another set out, make a refund, or face a chargeback from the card company.hmmm unless paypal come back to me with a better solution i think ill disable it again. (thats if they even do come back to me) Its just not worth the hassle

Hmm. You won't have much luck getting them to pay. They'll say they delivered and show you the signature as their proof.suppose its down to the courier company then

It's your business. You need to accept the risks that go with operating online.

To be fair, apathetically accepting a risk just because thats how a payment processor operates does not make good business sense.

At least with the credit card you can lock the delivery address to the card address which proves alot more than sending it to a random address which is not verified to that paypal account. Paypal should give us the option to only send to verifed accounts

True. The risks are there and you can't ignore them.

Paypal is popular though and yYou have to decide how much risk you're willing to accept and then manage it as best you can.

I agree Paypal should make it possible to only accept payments from verified customers with a delivery address match. Ideally we ought to be able to set a value limit too so small orders wouldn't need this but larger ones would. I'm not aware of anything like this in the pipeline though.
