SH Errors & Secure Hosting

Hi

We are using Secure Hosting as our PSP, and currently a significiant number of our customers are recieving an 'SH number not known' error message when their order is transferred from our host to Secure Hosting. Obviously, the data Secure Hosting receives is incomplete, and the order is not being processed.

Secure Hosting have mentioned to me that some other customers have recieved the same error message.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

We get more failed payments with SH than I would expect. Some are genuine card errors/ declines but a number are just not showing in the failed transactions on the SH system which is a bit disconcerting.
