Les, I think this assessment may be a bit harsh, given that we are all waiting for the bank and that you've actually spoken to and received emails from people at Actinic.

It's a common scenario - persevere or hound 'em with e-mails, or comment here, that's how you make things proactive.
All up and running now. Just testing out at the moment.
I've done a few test orders with my debit card but didn't get a notification email from Actinic Payment (for customer or seller). Does AP not send an confirmation email to customers / me regarding the payment? Like Sagepay would.
Confirmation emails will be introduced in the future, hopefully not too far away but still months rather than weeks. It's just slipped down the priorities for various reasons.

Any updates on confirmation emails from AP yet?
Sept 09 Chris said it would be months, it's been 9 months so far.
It's not off the agenda but it's certainly slipped down the priority list. This is because people who are actually running AP mostly don't seem to be bothered about it.
We've been focusing our efforts on AP elsewhere, and should have some new announcements shortly.
