Actinic Payments Error

Hi Guys,

I am trying to help out a colleage here - we have signed up to acitinc payments, configured it all and uploaded the site - however when you select credit card as an option instead of opening the actinic payments website gives the following error:

Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script. Does anyone have any experience of this error or knows how to get round it?

Looks like a server error to me, does the network test (web|network setup) pass when tested?

yeah thats the strange thing it passes the test and uploads fine, we have just moved it to a new server as well and had the same error on both - both linux servers running centos

what payment method was it using previously?
Perhaps the Payment gateway pack that installs during installation of Actinic needs (re)installing

What version of Actinic are you running?

Its actinic 9 the latest release - we used to use credit cards taken for later processing but the pci dss compliance thing means we need to change, so we didnt actually have a psp installed before

I will try setting it up again
