credit/debit cards to accept

My client has recently decided to use Paypal Pro (yes I know!!!!). As part of the config, I have to list the cards accepted and their validation rules. Would anyone like to recommend what these should be and also whether it is worth listing credit and debit cards separately (eg: Visa and Visa Debit).

PS - Yes, I know all about the PCI issues with Paypal Pro and that is a whole different subject.

list them seperately for clarification only, but i believe only mastercard and maestro require the start date the others only require end dates , all require cvv2. Not sure this applies to PPP
