Hello all
I was wondering if anyone else has stopped receiving payment notification e-mails from PayPal for payments made by PayPal Express Checkout please?
I'm using Catalog V9, but don't think it has anything to do with the basket as I've seen the same issue reported elsewhere on different systems (on the EKM Powershop forum for example).
We're receiving notification e-mails ok for PayPal standard payments, and for eBay sales, but stopped receiving them for Express payments over 3 weeks ago (on the same account and to the same e-mail address).
PayPal have been incredibly unhelpful, including a response tonight suggesting "Instant Payment Notification may have been temporarily disabled because your server hasn't responded for 4 days" - which it hasn't as we've been trading normally, and receiving PayPal standard notifications as usual.
They also suggested "Check your server that handles PayPal China Instant Payment Notifications", which I can't see the relevance of as we're a UK company taking payments in UK pounds.
I was just curious if anyone else has been having the same issue please?
Kind Regards
Ash
