    verified by visa running slow

    any one else had problems this week, we have had several customers try two or three times to get through to the verified by visa page to enter their password.
    It seems to be a bottleneck

    Yarp... last week was bad for verified visa. Had a lot of customers calling up complaining they couldn't get any further and no confirmation page coming up. Someone said they saw the verified page come up but then disappeared and their browser closed down. Luckily enough their order downloads as PSP Pending so everything not lost and was sorted out in the end. The orderline was busy plus staff spending time having to be a cushion for complaints about the verify visa. At least we didn't loose orders over it. Just a real pain... and at this time of the year especially we could all do with out!

      we did salvage most orders with a phone call to customer.
      It is surprising how many customers know nothing about verified by visa and think it is a hack of some kind.

      The banks have not educated their card holders at all
