Just a note on this for anyone interested...
I now accept PayPal THROUGH RBSWorldPay - ie PayPal as an option in the RBSWorldPay checkout along with the other payment card logos Maestro, Visa, MasterCard etc - because I have found the final callback process to Actinic works better for me than the default PayPal (Website Payments Standard) integration with Actinic. The commission rate is the same.
However RBSWorldPay's integration version of PayPal (Express Checkout) is not up-to-date enough to allow redemption of PayPal gift vouchers - so they won't work. v60.0 of Express Checkout is needed.
Here is RBSWorldPay's technical support statement on this:
"I've received confirmation that we're using version 57.0 of the PayPal checkout, and have learnt that unfortunately this cannot be changed informally and would require internal development work and testing so would be unlikely to be looked at for some months (I would not be able to give any precise ETA on this)."
