    Netbanx email issues

    Hi,

    V8.5.3 IDHB Business Multi site.

    I'm using Netbanx, and have been for the past 6 weeks or so with no problems, however recently the software has stopped sending me my copy of the "order acknowledgement" email. Ie a copy of the email that the customer gets when the order has successfully been placed. Naturally this makes me wonder if the customer is receiving theirs?

    Is there any history of this? I don't really know where to start because when the system went live, everything worked perfectly. I've not amended anything wrt network settings, servers etc, so am a little perplexed.

    It could be either the software, the hosts mail server (Host-it/4sure), or Netbanx........Anyone any ideas?

    there have been recent posts re Host-it/4sure making server changes recently.

    Loook for these and/or contact them

      There's not much sign of email problems in your error log. The first place I would check is in your spam folders.

      PS. your error log (/acatalog/error.err) looks pretty huge. It's probably worth deleting it as there are errors there going back over two years.

          Thanks Jo,

          I migrated from 4sure to host-it prior to introducing Netbanx into the equation, and frankly you're probably correct - I am almost convinced that it's a host issue.

          Naturally if I resolve it, I'll post here.
