V8.5.3 IDHB Business Multi site.
I'm using Netbanx, and have been for the past 6 weeks or so with no problems, however recently the software has stopped sending me my copy of the "order acknowledgement" email. Ie a copy of the email that the customer gets when the order has successfully been placed. Naturally this makes me wonder if the customer is receiving theirs?
Is there any history of this? I don't really know where to start because when the system went live, everything worked perfectly. I've not amended anything wrt network settings, servers etc, so am a little perplexed.
It could be either the software, the hosts mail server (Host-it/4sure), or Netbanx........Anyone any ideas?
