actinic payments post code problem

hi we have actinic payments set to enforce the post code check
however today we had an order go through withour problem when the customer enter SCOTLAND as the postcode.

is this correct in the setup
i would have though it would fail
the payment report shows postcode as unchecked

That, I htink is your bank being at fault not AP. The bank systems do not always check postcode. D
