Hi, we use v7 for our online store & accept payments from Paypal. Since 1st Jan, we have been receiving email notifications to say a payment has been made on our site using Paypal but Actinic is not registering the Paypal payments. We also accept card payments using Netbanx & these are processing fine. So when we download the daily orders, we're only receiving the Netbanx ones. We have spoken to our ISP who said it's an Actinic issue & we've spoken to Actinic who said it was an ISP issue! Actinic tech support now do not support v7 so we're unable to get any help & they suggested posting a message on the community so here I am Any help gratefully received! Thanks.

Did you search community at all for the issue before posting - a thread has been raised for this with a solution in it, it's actually the one directly below yours in the payment services section.
