Configuration Control Actinic Payments failed

I have an error which reads:-

Creation of the Configuration Control for Actinic Payments Ecommerce failed. Please contact your Actinic reseller of Actinic Support as appropriate.

I have done this and all get is that they are busy and to leave a message which I did.

To try to resolve this problem I went to BUSINESS SETTINGS - PAYMENT AND SECURITY and then Selected Actinic Payments Ecommerce. I then went to Configure Method and the above message came up again.

I clicked on Information and Registration and this took me to this page http://www.actinicpayments.com/ which has the message:-


This is the Plesk™ default page

If you see this page it means:

1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there's no such domain registered in Plesk.

For more information please contact Administrator.

This means that where I put in my account details etc does not work anymore. Can anyone advise me on this please?

this sounds like your db is screwed or is this a new install?

No, this is a current running site.
I did import a snapshot, which should be a different DB, from 2 weeks ago and this still have the same problem.

Don't know what happened but I reinstalled Actinic and this sorted the problem out.
