    No idea really.

If you're talking about the java encryption, then the only advice you're going to get here is not to use it and get a proper PSP instead.

The java encryption method opens lot's of security questions and means you'll have to spend a lot of time and money getting both your premises and web server properly secured and audited for PCI-DSS.

There's lot's of information around about PCI-DSS. It's the new security requirements for anyone handling credit card details. You face very large penalties and the loss of all card handling facilities if you don't comply with them.

It is something to do with the message in OCCPROTXSRIPTTEMPLATE.pl

it was working yesterday but was showing the customer :
Items bought from : Vendor Name: instead of our name, so after some advice
i changed it and hey presto!!!??

      It failed

        OK.

In which case the best advice is going to be to revert back to the original. If that works you broke it and can then either redo your changes or get some more advice from whoever suggested you changed it in the first place.

Hmm. I see that you're having ongoing problems with your protx setup. I haven't been following your problems but you shouldn't be having so much trouble.

Mods: Shouldn't these posts be in the PSP section and wouldn't they be best integrated into a single thread?

I think you need to copy the original occprotx file from the Originals folder. You do not change anything at all in this file in v9. The configuration happens within the software.
I think you have been told this before and given links to other relevant posts.
              Please read them again.

Ok, Thanks for that - I have managed to reload v9. somehow my password that works ok on v7 in the upgrade to v9 changed from lower case to upper case on 1 letter, so after changing that and also adding some missing text from the link to sage pay it finally links to them and you can pay.

But as before when it worked, the link that takes you back to your site doesn't. It sticks with Sage Pay.

Also again as before, the order that is sat in Pending PSP even after the payment clears doesn't automatically transfer into Pending and Completed when you retrieve orders.
