    Actinic Payments Help. Approved/Voided

Hi, I'm trying everso hard to like actinic payments, but somethings wrong and I can't tell what. Last week I made the switch on a small site I have launched, in preperation for switching my main site over.

I am having the majority of my orders fail at payment. When I look in the admin panel I see the column 'Approved' with a green tick in it. The next column 'State', has voided in it. What causes the Voided?

I'm waiting for actinic support to help but it has been a few days now and I know I'm loosing customers. Not good on a new site when every new customer is vital.

I tried buying something from my own site with 2 different cards and I also get a fail. Ones a visa and ones a mastercard. But then I'll get the odd order come through ok...

    Any suggestions please?

not something i have seen before, as far as i know voiding occurs within actinic, you click void and it voids the payment. However the terms used in the control panel are limited so void could also be caused by something else?

Do you have mastercard secure code on?
Taken it out of test mode?

Thanks for the reply. Currently 3d secure is off, and it is not in test mode. Occasionally I get an order go through ok. I do plan to turn 3d secure on later, but only when I know everything is running ok.

The voided issue is what is bothering me. I'm not voiding them myself.

I'm not an expert but wasn't there some sort of "must have 3D Secure enabled by 21st Jan 2010 or certain payments will fail" scenario? I may be miles off the mark here of course...

As far as I'm aware it is only compulsary for Meastro. And I read a quote by Chris Barling on here last month

          http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=45756

"I'm not sure how SagePay works, but in Actinic Payments 3D Secure is on by default for Maestro, but you can also choose when to switch it on for Visa and Mastercard. So you can have Maestro on but Visa and Mastercard 3D Secure off."

So I'm assuming meastro is on by default, and having visa and mastercard turned off shouldn't be a problem.

I hope actinic will be able to help me tommorrow.

Why not turn on 3D secure anyway and just see if it makes a difference?
