Sage Redirection Freezes

Hey all, up until recently the site I work on has been working just fine but for god knows what reason it no longer redirects to Sage when payment is required. We've put it down to "internet issues" for now, however it is starting to lose us sales. If anyone knows a fix for this, please let me know!

Have you checked the settings on the payment side within actinic? recently upgraded? any ideas what might have caused it? tried any standard housekeeping tasks compact database, refresh site etc?

problem solved, had to do a backup from a previous version of the site, done the job
