I've been in dialog with Netbanx for over 3 weeks now regarding a high number of "unspecified error" failures from my Scandinavian customers.
Two weeks ago they advised me that it was a 3D secure issue and that as this was outside their control, they could offer no timescale with regard to a resolution.
So if any of you Netbanx customers are wondering where their Scandinavian custom has gone - get on to Netbanx, and exert some pressure, because I'm getting nowhere with them.
I've just asked them to remove 3D from my payment page - I doubt they will though
