    SagePay Integration HELP

    Hi All,
    I could really do with some help.

    I've received my merchant account this morning. Been trying to work through the 10 million emails from SagePay to get my test account working.

    Managed to log into mySagepay area and set up an account. Ive added my merchant account details, the Actinic secret key provided and encryption key into Actinic.
    Tested and I'm getting a INVALID : 5005 : The Vendor configuration is missing or invalid. error.
    SagePay have checked there website and has Informed me that all looks fine and for me to check that this is not an Actinic issue. There telling me that there's a certain format that the website need to receive the code. I'm assuming this formatting is done within Actinic.....a little out of my depth here.

    Has anyone got any idea what this could be....

      I saw this post, this is different to my situation. I can't get my site to Integrate with SagePay in test this is why I rendered this post Irrelevant to my situation.

      I always make conduct searches before posting.

        when it was protx to test you had to have a test account setup with protx (sagepay) you could not use live accounts to test on so

        sage pay test account needs to have actinic in test mode. That error you are getting is because one or the other is in test or production. The post Mike gave tells this, from what i remember that code is specific to this problem

        i take it you refreshed your website?

          Darren. I have Actinic in Test Mode. I was sure that the account
          provided by SagePay was a test account, but I can't be sure.
          I'll ask the question.

            Hi all,
            been working through this for a few hours. Figured it out in the end.

            Turns out this is a simple fix. My only mistake was Inputting my Merchant account number into Actinic Merchant id field instead of the vendor name provided by SagePay.

            A simple mistake, hopefully my mistake can help someone else.
