Protx to Sage Pay Problems
Aaaaaaaghh
Can anyone please help me urgently!
I've got Actinic v8.5.1 and followed all the instructions to update ProTx to the new Sage Pay URL's but my version won't update. It keeps directing payments to the old URL's but when I open the OCC files all the updates are there.
Any help please as we can't take any orders!!!!!

Have a read of this thread. When I followed it originally it was a long winded thread with updates and mods throughout. But now someone seems to have edited into one sensible set of instructions.

I went through it again and that's when I realised I had missed a file.John

Keven I'm on v851 and its not working for me either.
I've seen some posts saying the vesion upgrade no. Sage Pay 1500 must be higher than the number in the DB. I can't get access to the DB so I'm going through the steps again with a silly high number to see if that works.
I'll let you know but any other help I'm still looking.

We have the correct URLs but have had calls from people who get a 404 error, seems to be working from here though. FYI.

Seanie, There was a post covering a lot of similar issues but it appears that Actinic have removed it for some reason!?

I too was scratching my head at this for a while.
Hope it helps!

Yep me too!
I thought I had upgraded all my URL info & was surprised to find myself unable to accept payments today.
I also had the problem where Actinic didn't realise there was a PSP upgrade so I increased the upgrade number by 1001 and that got Actinic to finally upgrade PSP's.
Thanks for all the info on this thread - helped me resolve the problem much faster!

Just thought I'd add a thanks to everyone who's helped with this. I've had a few hours tearing my hair out wondering why, after I'd done everything requested, the new URLs just weren't coming through. Seemed that Actinic just needed a big number kick up the rear to update.

Having promblems here too. Have updated to v9.5 and followed these instructions. Now getting the following error when trying to make a payment:
This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.
Status: INVALID
Status Detail: 5030 : Unable to decrypt the request message. This might be caused by an incorrect password or invalid encoding.
Anyone know what this means?
