Help with payment provider for adult dvd actinic store

Hello, my name is James and I am having huge problems finding a payment provider for my adult DVD sites. I used paypal before but they closed my account recently and no longer will bill for my sites.

I have tried all the payment providers on the actinic site but they need a merchant account or won't deal with adult sites.

Does anyone know of a payment provider that is integrated with actinic that would bill for our sites.

An example of 1 of our dvd sites is: (Moderator: site name removed) (don't want to put url incase post gets deleted for spamming)

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are losing thousands of pounds a month.

    Thanks for reading

    Regards James

Without a merchant acct you are restricted to paypal, nochex or worldpay. And googlecheckout if you have v10

Paypal certainly and I expect Nochex too might refuse you (don't know about Worldpay) but Google Checkout might be your best bet.

I don't think AlertPay are too fussy about the nature of site material but I don't know if they are compatible with Actinic.

Are you looking for a PSP that allows adult content, on software that doesn't?

Without making too much of an issue of it... but, without Sex none of would be here!

On the other hand, what is Actinic's policy on sites that promote War, (games etc), or sharp implements?

You can put whatever you like in your terms and conditions, so long as that doesn't make the T&Cs illegal.
Personally, without getting too wimmin about it, I'm glad that Actinic doesn't want to sell its software to people in the porno film trade.

As with all things there are always bad apples. Porn has its far share but then i belive the problems with abuse and the such are because it has been forced underground in many areas.

The sentencing for crimes is to soft (no pun intended) and the industry should be regulated like any normal business, yes there is some legislation but its the illegal stuff that gets ignored and this is were the problem lies, as with everything in this country those that abide by the rules are the ones that always fall foul and get prosecuted when you make a minor mistake. Those that break the law seem to be left to carry on
