it might only be us that have upgraded through the versions and 'lazy' with our QA tests but:-
I noticed that after upgrading to V10.0.1(with Payment patch) if you have your shopper name handling set to 'full name' and a customer only enters a first name you'll get a 'form transaction error'

Just tick the first name/last name option via business settings/ordering etc.
to force entry of both names during ordering. However if you have 'Business' you'll probably have to update customer account name details as well.
