Actinic Payments - Slow to Load

Hi all,

I seem to have customers saying that Actinic Payment page is slow to load or freezes. Anyone getting this from their customers?

Sometimes Lee, but we've never had a problem loading it internally from a moto form always instantaneous. I assume it stems from customers own internet connection.
