Google Checkout - Shopping Basket Empty Error

I have had a couple of customers contact me telling me that when they checkout with google checkout it tells them the basket is empty or expired.

Upon investigation it would appear that when you add something to cart and it stays on the basket page and you click Google Checkout then it shows this error, if you click checkout and then click the google button it works fine.

Is this a bug, or configuration problem and has anyone else found this?

is no one using GC or have problems with this? if not ill raise it with support
