    3rd Man slow today

    Are other users of Actinic Payments finding the 3rd Man fraud scores very slow in appearing today.
    Usually the fraud score is available within 30-45 minutes but today I haven't had any fraud score results since 9am this morning, and orders before that weren't available until around 10am despite that order being placed hours earlier.

    There were some processing issues which may have affected some customers 3rd Man status download and update, this should be resolved now and should be up to date, I've checked our own Actinic account and its up to 15:52, the time of the last transaction. I will keep checking back to make sure the problem does not re-occur.

          Again I am waiting on 3rd man scores with no results on orders as far back as 4:44pm yesterday.
          I have also logged into my AP account to check but the results are not available online also, as I thought maybe the problem was a download problem as my end.

            Let me apologise for the delays we have been experiencing with the 3rd Man fraud scores, this is a continuation of the problem from earlier. The original issue was the result of some corrupt data sent between the payment system and the fraud system, resolving this yesterday should have been the end of it but annoyingly there were some further related issues.

            These have now all been dealt with and various additional measures put in place to help avoid the issue in future.

            If anyone still has transactions without fraud score status please let me know via our support team or directly and I'll look into that matter as soon as possible.

              Ive just checked our own account and the master account view we have and all seems to be up to date and working.
